Everyday's a bad hair day for me?
I have long thick hair but it's all bad hair. From root to tip. It has always been like that. I can't find even one hair that's not frizzy, I swear.
I've never styled my hair so I've never ironed, curled, or blown it, or used any styling hair product. I wear a headcover when I go out due to my religion so it's not exposed to the sun.
I only shampoo and use conditioner about 2 times a week, max is 3 times. So my hair doesn't have a reason to be bad, but it is 
Can a person naturally have bad hair?
Some of the shampoo brands I've used are TreSemme, Loreal, Sunsilk, Dove, Pantene but none has really worked for me.
Please advice what I should do. I'm thinking of buying new shampoo tomorrow. Other than shampoo and conditioner what else should I get? Serum?
You have healthy hair, one because you protect your hair from the sun. That alone is why your hair SHOULD not be dry.
The hair industry is a billion dollar business, but the trick here is not the hair products. Shampoo are meant to clean. Conditioner is for curly/wavy/ chemically treated, damaged hair. Yours is NONE of those. You probably don't need conditioner. I have thick hair, and I don't use conditioner, because I have none of those. It just makes my hair greasy. I get that by the 4th day.
The problem starts when you dry your hair. Towel dry, since it's long, you can also use a 2nd towel to dry your hair. Air dry is best or blow dry for 5 mins, like I do. THEN brush it. Since your hair gets frizzy, FINGER COMB is best, add gel like Samy & scrunch your hair. Since your hair is already conditioned, finger comb, blow-dry using a diffuser or on low heat, but no more than 5 mins. Your hair is envy from us stick straight haired girls! If you know how to care for your hair type, you won't have this problem. Melina Kanakaredes is an example who has hair like yours and she's got beautiful wavy hair.
Another method to make it look fuller, add body, bouncier, less frizzy, softer & shinier hair is to set your hair with plastic curlers after you towel dry, you'll end up with uniform balance of curls. Blow dry briefly while curling them in curlers. Take them out, and finger comb to style. Used by the best hair color models, and the fashion industry, like Victoria Secret Fashion Show Dec. 2009, America's Next Top Models, EXPRESS, Dancing with the Stars . . . . and continued to be used today where salons care about pampering your hair. When you see hair on TV a hair color commercial, they're not done by curling or straightening tools. Hair that shines like that and feels like hair, not hay, has to be done by the best hair tools available w/out damaging to the hair. When you take the curlers out, finger comb to style or lightly brush. Tousle the hair up. or shake your hair. You can use large, medium or small curlers, that depends on the length of your hair. It may be harder, since you have LONG hair. If model can get theirs done with long hair, I'm pretty sure you can too, just takes a little more work.
When I want some curls on my hair, I: towel dry, braid them in several sections, take them out by morning, and finger comb to style. This method should lasts for days.
If you want to put them up, buy a couple claw clips (small I use those often in same color as my hair), and try to create an easy hair up-do can take 2-10 mins. I can create 7 in a week. One is on my profile, took 4 mins. If I can do it, so can you. Takes practice, before you know it, you can do it with your eyes closed.
