Do You Think That This Concept Is A Great Big Cliche?

Hi Everyone!!

I`m writing a book that involves Angels and Demons and something else but I`m not going to tell you what Anyway in my book I`m going to aim for a different concept than the normal Angel and Demon. I think that there are evil Angels or good Demons. Don`t yu think that saying Angels are good and Demons are bad a really big cliche?

Um... by definition, an angel is good and a demon is evil. An evil angel would be a demon, surely. That's what demons are, basically - fallen angels, who left Heaven with Lucifer.

Or is your idea that everybody *thinks* angels are good and demons are evil, but it's really the other way round? That sounds rather like Gnosticism, which is at least as old as Plato (5th century BC). That, in itself, isn't a reason not to use the idea. Whether a book is worth reading depends largely on how well you write it.
